Pictures from when Grandma and Grandpa come to help

My parents got an easy week to come help. It is just luck of the draw and no one really knows how Kevin is going to react, if he is going to come down with an infection or what the future holds. Kevins last blood transfusion, before starting chemo, reviled that his blood has an antibody so it took them longer to get the blood typed right and prepared for this transfusion. Hopefully this is just a temporary thing but it turns out not to be I may ask for further testing to see what it is Kevin has caught.

Here are some pictures that my parents took from their week here.

Rachel,
Hang in there. I apologize for not sending you encouragement along the way, as I have been there done that, and lived the last two years with an 8 year old dealing with Medulloblastoma. I don't have a baby, but I do understand! You will get through all of this and it will all work out, and a year from now you will be back living your mundane boring day to day life wondering how you did it...and you do it because you have to and you just do! Many people told me along the way...God only gives people what they can handle. This is going to show you that you can handle more things than you ever thought possible! Trent is recovering very well. His treatment ended in Feburary, he has hair, he is playing, and his prognosis remains very positive...this will be Kevin soon! Stay strong and believe!

Rachel, Mike, & Eric -

I appreciate your updates and am so in awe of your tender dedication. We get busy here in Utah with family and responsibilities and yet when reading your updates, I feel quite inadequate realizing your needs and concerns so far away. Our prayers are with Kevin and all of you. Lani
